Parent Communication Policies
BrightWheel App
Bright Beginnings uses the BrightWheel App, you will load the App to you phone and it will provide you with communication to our Administrators, and all teachers. The teacher will send you daily notes of what the day was like, what we did, and what we ate. The communication on the app is not private if you would like to communicate privately, without all of the teachers in a room along with all of the administrator’s reading, you will need to email or call the school. It is very helpful for us to have everyone in a class along with the administrators being able to read what you are communicating, helps us keep in the same loop!
Parents may make an appointment with the Preschool Director to discuss questions, concerns, policies or procedures. The Director is often available with an open-door policy. Please take the time to communicate with the Director or Assistant Director, if you have any concerns or complaints.
Center Visitation and Parent Participation
Parents are welcome to the center at any time and are encouraged to take advantage of the live streaming cameras in the classroom to view their children from our website. Upon enrollment you will choose a username and password to log on the BBPS Kiddie Cam. Parents are welcome for special occasions or to share in the children’s daily activities, when arranged with the Lead Teacher of their child’s class.
